With the rapid development of the economy, China's influence in the world is increasing day by day. More and more people become interested in China and the Chinese culture. The country has seized the opportunity and proposed the development strategy of “going out” for the Chinese culture. As wisdom and creativity of human beings are at the core of the cultural industry, the task of training language services professionals is of great significance and it should take long-term efforts to cultivate their capabilities of interpreting the Chinese culture to the outside world. In the context of internationalization, the sophisticated switching between different languages is the first and most important step of cultural trade. Therefore, the concepts of “language services” and “cultural trade” are closely linked to each other.

BLSCCT will develop a strategic partnership with the Base, provide accurate matchmaking services between cultural enterprises and cultural programs in the zone, help them expand overseas trade channels, improve the cultural trade industrial chain, support various international exchange activities and cultural product exhibition activities of the Base, strengthen the building of public services chain, contribute efforts in expanding the channels of cultural trade globalization, dedicate itself to becoming an indispensible part of the Base, and provide better services for the “bringing in and going out” of cultural enterprises.
